Terms & Conditions Please take a few moments to carefully read the following terms and conditions FREE TRIAL OFFER: We are offering a 7 day supply of any of the Liquid Herbal products, so you can try it for FREE and make sure you like it as much as we know you will.  All we ask is that you cover the minimal Shipping and Handling charge of $5.95.  When ordering the Free Trial, you authorize a charge of $5.95 to your credit card for Shipping and Handling (extra charge for insurance is optional). PREFERRED CUSTOMER: This Free Trial Offer becomes a PREFERRED CUSTOMER and are enrolled in the  Auto-Delivery Program in 7 days from your order date.  When you order your 7 day FREE TRIAL of any of the Liquid Herbal products, you are automatically enrolled in our convenient VIP CLUB Auto Delivery Program to ensure that your available supplement supply will not be jeopardized. You will receive a Full 30 Day Supply of any of the Liquid Herbal products every month for the discounted price of only $39.95 (normally $49.95) (Liquid Sleep $29.95) plus $5.95 S&H, (extra charge for insurance is optional) until you cancel your VIP CLUB status. The Auto-Delivery Service is FREE -- there is no additional charge or initiation fee.   Your first order will be delivered without interruption after receiving your Free 7 day supply, and will be billed to the credit card used on your initial Trial order.  If you do not cancel the convenient VIP CLUB Auto Delivery Program within 7 days of your initial order, you authorize a charge of $39.95 (For Liquid Hoodia) or $29.95 (For Liquid Sleep) plus $5.95 S&H (extra charge for insurance is optional) for each shipment of your 30 day supply of any of the Liquid Herbal products until you cancel your VIP status under the cancellation terms below. VIP CLUB members will also receive coaching and helpful information via e-mail on a consistent basis, which may include daily tips, articles, positive thoughts, and other helpful materials.  Recipients can opt out of e-mail communication at any time and still keep all the other benefits of the VIP CLUB including Auto-Delivery program.   CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your VIP Auto-Delivery program at any time.  For cancellations, contact us within 7 days from the date of your initial Free Trial order, or 5 days prior to your next auto-ship date, by calling a Customer Satisfaction Representative at 1-888-506-8080 or by email to customerservice@Liquidherbal.com. Please Note:  After the first Auto-Delivery, all subsequent monthly Auto-Deliveries must be cancelled 5 days prior to the next scheduled shipment to ensure that it does not get shipped to you and that you do not incur any further charges to your account.  Any product shipped prior to cancellation under these terms will not be returnable for a refund.  We promise we won't ship products you don't request, but please do not request products you don't want.  Please do not return products marked "refused" or "return to sender".   Returned product may be authorized at the discretion of customer service under certain conditions, but you must receive prior approval from our customer service department by calling 1-888-506-8080, or by email to cutomerservice@Liquidherbal.com.  You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and approved refunds will be credited back to the credit card or account on which the charge was made. Restocking fees will apply to all returned merchandise. RETURNS: MD Scientific LLC offers the highest quality dietary supplements possible at affordable prices. In order to continue offering affordable supplements and outstanding value to our customers, we must work together. When you complete your order requesting your 7 day Free Trial, you agree that you will follow the Terms and Conditions of this site, including but not limited to, S&H charges, Auto Delivery, and Cancellation terms. Please do not return packages marked "Refused," or "Return to Sender."  To return an unopened item that reached you in error, please obtain return instructions from our customer service department by calling 1-888-506-8080, or by email to customerservice@Liquidherbal.com  You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on returning the package.  Applicable refunds will be applied to the credit card or account on which that the charge was made as soon as the product is received by MD Scientific LLC  No refunds will be made for products returned more than 30 days from shipment. Checks and money orders are accepted via mail only and cannot be used for FREE Trial Offer or VIP CLUB Auto-Delivery program.  Checks and money orders for retail purchases must be received prior to product shipment, and standard retail pricing will apply. SHIPMENT TRACKING: We will notify you of your order confirmation via email. SHIPPING POLICY: MD Scientific offers standard 2 to 5 business day shipping via the U.S. postal service. The Shipments to remote, rural, or international locations will require additional time for delivery. PRECAUTIONS MD Scientific markets safe and effective supplements when used as directed.   The Liquid Herbal products line is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. MD Scientific reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MD Scientific shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. TERM / TERMINATION These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
